Production & Shipping Time
💡 Total Delivery Time = Order Processing + Production + Shipping
  • Order Processing: 2 Business Days
  • Production Time: 5 - 7 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 5 - 10 Business Days
⚠️ Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends.
Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund.

* Please note: We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

* We are not responsible for covering orders accidentally placed (e.g., adding duplicate items after an order is completed).

🔄 Returns Policy

1. Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all sales are final once processed.

  • Exchanges/Refunds are ONLY accepted if:
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • There is a fulfillment error (incorrect size or mismatched custom details caused by us).
2. Standard Products 7-DAY WINDOW

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.

  • Returns are accepted for product quality issues or manufacturer defects.
  • ✓ We ALSO accept returns if you selected the wrong size, product, change your mind, or have other personal reasons.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

💰 Refunds & Processing

Refund Approval Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these standard verification steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
