At LIZGER, we want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process governed by the comprehensive terms below.

1. Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellation requests before your items are officially checked, approved, and dispatched from our logistics verification hub. If the cancellation is processed within this timeframe, a 100% full refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately.

Please note: Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment cannot be intercepted or canceled. We are not responsible for duplicate items or incorrect orders accidentally finalized by the buyer at checkout.

2. 7-Day Return Window

Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after the official delivery confirmation date of the product.

Bespoke & Customized Goods

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and home decor items, sales are generally final. Exchanges or refunds are exclusively issued if the item arrives damaged, heavily defective, or with a clear fulfillment error (such as incorrect customization details caused entirely by our system).

Standard Apparel & Footwear

For standard wardrobe essentials and our collectible sneaker series, returns are fully accepted for sizing errors, color preferences, or mind shifts, provided they meet our strict quality eligibility requirements.

3. Return Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a successful return process, all items must be returned in their original condition. Any item that does not meet the following criteria will be rejected:

  • The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and un-creased.
  • All original tags, safety seals, and secondary packaging accessories must be intact and attached.
  • Footwear Disclaimer: Sneakers must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Returns with creased uppers, dirty outsoles, missing extra laces, or damaged original shoeboxes will not be accepted.
  • Buyers are fully responsible for covering their own tracked return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

* Please do not ship items back to the origin address on the package label. You must contact us first at contact@lizger.com to secure an authorized return address.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and physically inspected at our central hub, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not viewed the balance statement after the standard timeframe, please complete these steps:

  • Check your bank account ledger again to ensure no pending transfers are listed.
  • Contact your credit card issuer, as cross-border posting protocols often require extra internal processing cycles.
  • Consult your local branch bank to confirm clearing schedules.
